Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to all countries within the European Union (EU). Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to countries outside of the EU at this time.

2. Shipping Costs
A shipping fee of €9.90 applies to all standard deliveries within the EU. However, for orders with a total value of €199.00 or more, we offer free shipping. Additional charges may apply for expedited or special shipping options, which will be indicated during the checkout process.

3. Delivery Times
Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  • Germany: 2-4 business days
  • Other EU Countries: 4-7 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible; however, please allow additional time during peak periods.

5. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery. We may adjust shipping methods based on the destination and order size to provide the most efficient and cost-effective service.

6. Delivery Conditions
6.1 Delivery Location
Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the address details are accurate and complete.

6.2 Delivery Attempts
If the assigned transport company is unable to deliver the goods due to factors outside of our control, additional charges may apply for redelivery. We will communicate any additional fees to you before proceeding with redelivery.

6.3 Curbside Delivery
For deliveries via freight carrier, items will be delivered to the curbside, which is the nearest accessible point to the provided delivery address. Further delivery services, such as inside delivery, are not included unless otherwise specified at checkout.

7. Non-Delivery or Item Unavailability
In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. In this event, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. If only a portion of the order is affected, we will ship the available items and adjust the order and costs accordingly.

8. Self-Pickup
Due to logistical limitations, self-pickup is not available.

9. Shipping of Vouchers
Vouchers will be sent to the Client via email. Physical shipping of vouchers is not offered.

10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders within the EU, VAT and import duties are included in the total price. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local import regulations.
